Essex and Suffolk Water 'Make My Day'

Essex and Suffolk Water are celebrating the Customer Service Week. Specially selected customers and community groups will be receiving treats and surprise gifts to mark National Customer Service week from Essex and Suffolk Water. 

The ‘Make My Day’ team will be around on Friday, 7th October, 2016 at The Great Yarmouth town centre, NR30 2BA near to Lloyds Bank on the pedestrian area, surprising customers and colleagues. 

Claire Sharp, Essex & Suffolk Water’s Customer Service Director, said: “We are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and wanted to mark customer service week in a way that shows we care about our employees, customers and the local communities we serve.”
