Haven Bridge closure plans

Great Yarmouth’s Haven Bridge is to be closed to vehicles nightly for the next two months for essential repairs.

Work begins on Monday February 6^th and will continue until Monday April 2^nd with traffic diverted via the Breydon Bridge from 7pm-7am daily.

Pedestrians will be able to use the bridge throughout the £100,000 project which will provide a new timber road deck installed on the north-west lanes.

Great Yarmouth Port Company has organised the work, which is being carried out by EastPort UK on behalf of Norfolk County Council.
