1. Register on the website or visit Books Inside at Market Gates Shopping Centre. A numbered ticket will be sent to you to print off and bring with you on the day. 2. Get your costume ready (see the description on the 'World Record' page) or order a Wally 'Kit' wh ich can be ordered in advance and will be available to collect on the morning of the record attempt near the Market Place from 9am on Monday 31st May. 3. Once you are dressed as Wally you will need to hand in your registration ticket to enter the 'Wally enclosure' at least 20 minutes before 1pm. You need to hand in your ticket so that we can verify the numbers of people taking part. 4. Take your place in the Market Place and smile for the cameras and independent adjudicators. 5. Everyone taking part will be asked to stand in place for the minimum 10 minutes needed to qualify for the record – a start and end time will be announced via a public address system. 6. Shake the hand of the person next to you - you're all record breakers!
