Great Yarmouth at Christmas
With retailers and hospitality now reopened following the November lockdown, Great Yarmouth is once again “open for business”.
With Great Yarmouth being placed in Tier 2 on the Government’s latest coronavirus regional safety measures scale, visitors are able to “see friends and family you do not live with (or do not have a support bubble with) outdoors, in a group of no more than 6. This limit of 6 includes children of any age.”
With this in mind, you can enjoy the fantastic new festive lighting across the town, help support our local businesses by picking up your Christmas essentials, whilst taking in the town centre illuminations.
You can see a teaser video of the new lights at the bottom of this page.
In addition to the lighting displays, we at Town Centre Partnership have once again teamed up with High Street Safari to take part in their Christmas Spirit Trail, which is a perfect activity for kids whilst you do your Christmas Shopping!
By visiting the 10 locations across the town centre, you can find all the characters on the participating shop windows and unlock a free e-book for taking part! It doesn’t cost anything to enjoy and it’s safe and easy to scan the characters from outside each location.
